Title: OPNsense on Netgate SG-5100

Hi; not sure if this is the correct sub-forum.  I'd like to move my home SG-5100 appliance from pfSense to OPNsense (primarily for Wireguard support, which seems unlikely to come to pfsense anytime soon...).  I wasn't sure if anyone had this working (searching seemed to show some people who had bricked devices), and I'm not sure of the best way to test non-destructively (boot from USB?).

Is there any documentation or advice on this specific upgrade path?

- Create pfSense backup
- install OPNsense (serial image)
- test
- if unhappy, reinstall pfSense and restore backup
