Title: Eastpect crashes and destroy LAN network

Starting from 20.1.4 I have a problem with eastpect that crashes and destroy my LAN NIC. After some minutes it restarts and work for sometime. The problem happens every now and then and I cannot see any relation with other components.

Same problem here, nobody an idea?

generic_netmap_unregister
                       _dtor emulated net map adapter for re0 destroyed
                       _attach

why happens this?

Hi,
I guess that is the problem using realtek nic's. I have got the same problem.

Hi,

Sensei uses netmap that is an Operating System subsystem to grab packets off the wire. Netmap has no full support for re interfaces. But I advise you @Rickytr to try with the latest OPNsense version instead of 20.1.4.
