Title: Basic router setup

What I do is for exercise, not for actual use. So in Hyper-V I have three virtual machines installed, the first one is OPNsense as a router, the other two is Windows OS. How do I set the LAN interface in OPNsense to IP address 10.0.0.254/24? Windows VMs have a static IP address within 10.0.0.0/24 network and use the default 10.0.0.254 gateway. How do I add a WAN interface so I can use a DNS address from Google 8.8.8.8? Thanks in advance.
