I had a similar problem after importing my 19.1 config into a fresh 19.7 install. Under Interfaces > WAN port, I changed "IPv6 Configuration Type" from DHCPv6 to SLAAC, applied, the changed it back to DHCPv6, and applied again. If you need to customize the DHCPv6 settings for your ISP, don't forget.

Ok So I did a fresh reinstallation, and the problem is still there, is it possible that it may be a hardware compatibility or something similar. LAN interfaces are Intel I211-AT- 10/100/1000.
I have absolutely no clue on what the problem is, I have check on French forum the configuration for French Orange ISP, and set up is correct, so no error on this side.
Any idea welcome.

Thanks

Found the problem, was my Ubiquity AP who was not configured for IPV6.
