Title: nginx plugin - High Availability

I didn't find the option in "System: High Availability: Settings" to do the config sync, am I looking in wrong place or it not yet implemented?

If it is not done by default, it is currently not implemented.

I don't have a road map. I extend it where I think it makes sense. Since I don't have a HA setup I cannot test that - if you want to take over the testing, we may get that working together. If the change requires only few lines of codes, we may get that even into 1.13 - at the moment this only includes 0-RTT for TLS 1.3.

If you only need xmlrpc sync it's just a couple of lines code
