Title: install causes screen blank out about half way through

just trying to install opnSense on standalone computer to be used as router. the normal freebsd listings go on till about half way through, and then my screen goes black and computer seems to stall, SSH doesnt work at this point from another computer because it hasnt fully installed. cd and usb stick versions result in same. tried both hdmi and vga db9 connections. both  cause same thing. Install fine on virtual machine. on this computer everything else installs fine including pfsense. Has anyone else seen this type of behaviour on install? Thanks

Provide details about your computer such as motherboard, CPU, hard drive, etc to help identify the possible issue. What are you using to connect your computer to your display?
