Title: Crash Report page does not exist
Post by: weust on March 01, 2015, 07:51:47 pm
During updating 15.1.6_1-something with LibreSSL to 15.1.7_1-74da85c5f  (amd64) there was a PHP error.
It asked if I wanted to submit the error to the devs, and then a link to the crash reporter page at https://opnsense.org/blog/crash_reporter.php.
But that page does not exist, so I got a 404.

No idea if the problem submit was filed now or lost.

Crash reporter gets a makeover very soon. Please note that sending the crash report yields undefined behaviour as there is no server accepting the requests just yet.

Two actual issues through the crash reporter have been picked up and will be fixed (one with the firmware upgrade, the other one with webui reload).

Thanks for the heads-up guys. Crash reporter getting more prominent now is a good thing... :)

I know I reported those issues. Good to see they were picked up.
