Title: FIXED lost all rules except default lockout

OOPS,

I was trying some new rules and when I went to delete one I LOST ALL rules on the lan interface except the default lockout rule.

A history search and backup got them back but is this a recurring thing and removing a rule will do this consistently?

How do we remove unwanted , un needed or just non working rules?

BTW, this fixes the issue directly rather than wait for the update:

# opnsense-patch 0df2434

well lol I went and downloaded the 18.7.6 HBSD and after installing it several times and trying to get it all configured I gave up. Seemed to constantly lock up and crash so instead I installed one last time and just imported my last good backup and that worked.

Haven't tried the patch yet. maybe in a few hours if I still need it after doing the updates and changing back to development.

Next obstacle is changing the wan nic to a different one. Lets see how bad I mess this up :)

That's why I was trying to do a fresh install and reconfigure. Seemed like that was an easier route than using the back up config.
