Title: How can I connect remote pptp server via opnsense?

Hello,
we want to config the opnsense as pptp client,so it cloud connect remote pptp server.
but we can not find the way.
we have try to config via ssh shell.
but pptp can not find in the opnsense pkg repo

I found this, maybe you'll have luck with this. It is, however, not one of the intended use cases as it requires a lot of manual effort and may be buggy:

Think the blunt answer is if you value your security DON'T use pptp.  For an example read this (there are truckloads of pages on this)

Use ipsec or openvpn etc.

PPTP is still ok for setting up a (transparent) tunnel, but it shouldn't be regarded VPN/crypto/secure anymore. We're not going to kill PPTP entirely without stepping on people's toes. It's like telnet: use it, but know why you shouldn't or when it doesn't matter that you do.
