Even though the Black Friday campaign wasn't intended for existing customers, we wanted to extend this discount (Black Friday) to you as a gesture. The discount can be applied to your renewal.
That's a nice gesture, thank you. However, I don't think it'll work for me. I can't seem to renew before my renewal date of 12/9 when it's set to autorenew. At that point, the promotion will have ended. I also cannot purchase a new subscription with this promo since my current subscription is active. Appreciate the gesture but I think it would only work if my renewal was due within the promotion window, which it is not.

This is exactly why I didn't buy a subscription. Your company seems to treat users differently depending on how you feel. This is an example and so is the SASE Starter Tier.
