I did a bit of digging, and the Topton brand seems to be popular.
I'm looking to use OPNsense for a home network. Nothing complicated, but would like room to expand in the future.
Is this a good Mini-PC for my use case: New Firewall Mini PC 2x10G SFP+ 2xi226-V 2.5G Intel 3 N355 N305 N150 N100 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/357292303053?_skw=Topton+New+Intel+N150&itmmeta=01K7HH12A7FF73GV0WPTEMCTSV&hash=item533047e2cd:g:-zgAAeSw8Htod0qH&itmprp=enc%3AAQAKAAAA8FkggFvd1GGDu0w3yXCmi1fy%2BiIl7sWMtojhU93llNQ7MsbyuSZlpTdZxGlzOkjyIteDAqkINb9haNL9eBgWtQvKc0rnjQCyH3xm56LsLSe0zwD1a82yY3KKHzJUwtkuxVh%2FPzg4ueoGjeFhoAXgG8wtZG876ijuQ%2BsoG2qqRur3Io5gP2y7GHVW5b3VArtugzrVnUq064%2BXQ0qAIH%2FzZSqYy0qeYTQql5LhMZARaIzffAiw5dvGQx9wZmfF258Z%2FUXo0%2BZGBf9AKHoJFlmMWq%2BkOyQlVuPMmtGR4FOrwr31U9%2FIJZpta5Wor919pRKFLg%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABFBMqKWEsbxm)
Your link has no destination. Based on the descriptive text, it would be fine.
As a general case, if the purpose is to be a firewall/router then you need less than you think you do.
Specifically if you do not need 10G now, go for a device with 4x 1G, perhaps.
Copper SFP+ run awfully hot. So unless you need 10G fiber, go for more 1G or 2.5G copper ports.
the 10G is x520, from what I been seeing x520 paired with i226v a lot.
I got one that is 3x 226 + 2x x520. I will use the 10G as .1q to a small cisco poe+ managed switch. As of now I am using just two 226's, lan/wan config. I have to make some changes with new wifi being installed.
Sorry about the link. Fixed.

For my part I never click tinyurl.com or bit.ly links because I do not know where they go.
Guess I'll go with this one (2.5G). Heat is something I'm trying to avoid.

I know you're being considerate for our sake, but the original tinyurl link contains a tracking redirect.
A better work-around for long links, IMO, is to insert them (https://www.ebay.com/itm/357292303053?_skw=Topton%20New%20Intel%20N150&itmmeta=01K7HH12A7FF73GV0WPTEMCTSV&itmprp=enc%3AAQAKAAAA8FkggFvd1GGDu0w3yXCmi1fy%2BiIl7sWMtojhU93llNQ7MsbyuSZlpTdZxGlzOkjyIteDAqkINb9haNL9eBgWtQvKc0rnjQCyH3xm56LsLSe0zwD1a82yY3KKHzJUwtkuxVh%2FPzg4ueoGjeFhoAXgG8wtZG876ijuQ%2BsoG2qqRur3Io5gP2y7GHVW5b3VArtugzrVnUq064%2BXQ0qAIH%2FzZSqYy0qeYTQql5LhMZARaIzffAiw5dvGQx9wZmfF258Z%2FUXo0%2BZGBf9AKHoJFlmMWq%2BkOyQlVuPMmtGR4FOrwr31U9%2FIJZpta5Wor919pRKFLg%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABFBMqKWEsbxm) with custom text (see "Insert a link" button in the post editor).
I've been tempted to upgrade my router to one with SFP+ cages because my switch has them, but after reading several posts on here r/e heat issues with copper SFP+ (and work-arounds like this: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=38234.0) I have a renewed appreciation for 2.5GbE.
