Title: OpenVPN static tls keys do not appear in web UI

If I remember right these were configurable in the openvpn section of the web UI. Whilst I can select existing ones for each client/server instance, I cannot configure the keys themselves in 25.7.

Thanks! I was fixated on it appearing in the LHS menu.
