Title: New install unable to reach webgui No VM
Post by: thebird36 on January 18, 2025, 01:55:31 PM
I just did a fresh install on a sophos xg115. I was following homenetworkguy guide with a vlan and was setting DHCP, since then I'm no longer able to reach the webgui. I manually set my laptop IP to 192.168.68.10 which was working while configuring then it just froze and stopped working. I'm not on a vm I was direct connected to the LAN port. Any ideas what I can do now?

Sounds like you locked yourself out of the new vlan. For now you can reset your switch which will remove all VLANs and be back where you started

Which guide? At which step did things go awry?

There have been reports of issues mixing tagged and untagged traffic recently (I haven't looked into them, and I didn't have issues when I was still in that mode but it was at least a month ago).
