Title: Zenarmor unknown organization management
Post by: 12938827 on December 30, 2024, 06:10:21 PM
I installed the Zenarmor trial last week for home use. I love the insight it gives into the network. However I was looking through the settings and in Zenarmor -> Settings -> Reporting & Data -> Database, I see a notification that says
Zenarmor Database Connected to Organization

"Resetting Reporting Database: This firewall seems to be connected to an organization. This operation will only reset the local database and the data in the central reporting database will not be deleted."

I don't have the Cloud Management Portal enabled, am I misunderstanding this or am I somehow connected to another organization? How can I further troubleshoot this?

This is a known cosmetic warning issue in Zenarmor and is planned to be fixed in the next release. Normally, this warning should only appear for users who have Cloud Management Portal (CMP) enabled. However, seeing this message despite not having CMP activated is a mistakenly triggered condition.

This warning does not pose any security risks and does not affect the functionality of your network. If you haven't enabled Cloud Management Portal, you can safely ignore this message.

The issue will be resolved in the next software update.
