All I did was assign it the interface
I would like everything connected so if on a laptop with wifi I can connect to server. If on ethernet connection via desktop I can connect to either the server or the laptop. Separated the wifi bands because they wouldn't connect to the joined band and they are only 2.4 connect. Want them to connect to unraid Agent-DVR for backups.
Haven't set the server to router yet this is just setup stage.
Did you mean the /20? Don't these ranges overlap?
You state some goals for allowing access. It's not clear you actually want to block anything.
If that's the case, why so many networks? Why not attaching everything to the switch (or bridging ports on OPN if you insist on using all of them)?
FWIW, only the default LAN gets loose FW rules by default. If you add new interfaces, you need to add FW rules yourself.
Thank you I went with the bridge mode and everything is connected now. Except the server which is still working on another project.
