I have two virtual IPs. When enabled no traffic can get in or out. If I disable the Virtual IP then traffic get get out again.
Enabling the virtual IP again allows traffic in for a few minutes?
Any body know what is going on here and what do do and fix it?
That's showing a BINAT rule, not a virtual IP address. Did you actually create the address you are trying to use in Interfaces > Virtual IPs?

Apologies I was in a hurry when posting this. I said Virtual IP, but meant to say one-to-one. I have two each going to different servers. when their respective one-to-one NAT is enable no traffic can enter or leave the network.
From the command line / terminal, I reloaded all services and the issue - for now at least has been resolved.
