Hi,

The DHCP service can indeed be set to strict mapping using ARP and reject unknown MAC addresses.

Is this what you're looking for?

Thank you!
If someone knows the LAN address of my network, he set up IP in the same network segment. Can this feature prevent him from networking?

Not really, the pf firewall component of FreeBSD can't filter by MAC address (AFAIK).
