Title: Update after 24.7.5 fails
Post by: kurtm on October 06, 2024, 02:21:59 PM
After the latest update to 24.7.5, every time I go to firmware/status/plugins section I get the popup that informs me the router is rebooting to upgrade to 24.7.5...every time. It happens on five different setups/systems. Also, I can only login via the browser... if I try to login via the direct connection I receive a login error/incorrect login.

I rebooted the firewall into single user mode, ran fsck -y , and it found and repaired corruption. Then I rebooted and upgraded from the direct connection to 24.7.5.3.
Guess I'll have to do this on all the appliances, though I find it strange it happened on all of them.

Are you running Crowdsec? Known issue. A manual reboot or killing the crowdsec process from the command line fixes it.
