Why OPNsense can the same IP address be assigned?

Is there a way to fix this?

Menu Services -> ISC DHCPv4 -> LAN -> DHCP Static Mappings for this interface.

I can make static same IP address.

It's not illegal. IPs can be shared. MAC address mappings cannot be shared  between different IPs however.

Same IP address as what? Two reservations with the same address? Yes, your responsibilty as the administrator not to do that if you don't want it.

Maybe you have two devices and only one is ever connected at a time? Or you have one device with two interfaces and only one is ever connected at a time? OPNsense does what you tell it to. It does not do the network planning for you.
