i could see at Live Sessions>>Connections, with session as late as 7hrs. Live session does not appear as they happen.

could you please guide me how to get this, as my shell is denying me

Follow the instructions in the post before - just use the UI to 'Send feedback'
sending the feedback wont be a problem.
my issue is getting the logs required as ive just posted.

"/conf/config.xml" is not an executable command. To display the contents of a file you use the "cat" command in Unix.

That is done through send feedback link, as the instructions posted by IHK said when he asked you to - tick the options to send logs, Zenarmor configuration, and related opnsense configuration.

issue solved
time was rightly set to asia/???, but the dashboard time was a day ahead. manualy set time and date on shell and live session started capturing datas.
