Title: Simple top-Style CPU and RAM Info

Hello,

I have read about and tested the API using curl.  I am IT pro, so I get the concepts and stuff, but I found the information I was able to retrieve about CPU and RAM usage way over complicated.  Is there a way to get simple top-style information about load average, CPU and RAM usage?  Am I missing something?

Connect (SSH or direct) to the console, select 8, run top
