Title: How to Reset Without Lan and Console

Hello,
I have an EC2700 rack business edition. While configuring I enabled the WebGUI access only on LAN but I might have something wrong with my plan configuration and now I can't reach the WebGUI. I can't also use the console because I didn't enable it.
How can I reset to factory defaults? I tried the front button but nothing happened.

Connect the serial console, boot from a serial install image on USB, reinstall.

I tried to enter into the console but it doesn't work.
I checked the COM configs (windows) but I can't connect with Putty. How can i force boot from a serial image on USB?

Can you boot to a linux laptop or live linux distro ?
Install Minicom on it. With that I can help. With putty or windows, I can't but maybe others can. Did you set it to the 115200 8N1 values ? Those are the usual ones but check the manual if you have it.

Only via console. The ROM monitor/BIOS should always start up with serial console enabled regardless of your settings in OPNsense. If you are stuck, I'd contact Deciso support. It's their product after all.
