Title: Unable to update
Post by: dniq on May 17, 2024, 08:37:05 AM
Tried updating and getting this, no matter which mirror I use:

It never downloads anything - it just sits there with the spinning gear and that's it.

How long did you wait?
Yesterday I started my testing-VM with 23.x installed and it also took a very long time (about 10min) until it was ready and showed the "Install" button...

After about 15 minutes, it showed 3 updates, but after I clicked "Update" - it didn't do anything. "Check for updates" repeats the entire process all over again.

Not sure why it's complaining about openssl... The router haven't been touched since the last update.

Looking at pkg.opnsense.org - it doesn't even have version 23.7.12???

https://pkg.opnsense.org/FreeBSD:13:amd64/23.7/sets/

You're not making much sense here and in your other post.
