Title: Squid Error

Can someone help me interpret this error mesage:

Hello,
Please follow these steps.
Services--> Squid Proxy--> Administration
Under Forward Proxy Click on Access Control List.
Toggle to the advanced mode
move down to
Allowed destination TCP port : Add 443
Allowed SSL ports Add 443
Click on Save & your squid proxy should be up and running.

Thanks.  I also added port 80
