I had installed the wireguard plugin few month ago ( I guess the go version).

When I go to VPN>Wiregurad, this it what I see

But in the tutorials I'm looking at the wireguard interface looks different:

Since my update to the last version, there are no wireguard plugins anymore.

What can i do to have the correct interface ?

What's wrong with the interface you see? Works just like before. It's the documentation that is outdated.

So it is how it supposed to look ?
Because it,s different in the doc and most tutorial I see.

It is supposed to look how you see it. The local side is now named "Instances" and the remote side is now named "Peers" to go more in accordance with WireGuard terminology. It works exactly the same as before.
