I get the error in Rufus:

The image is either non-bootable, or it uses a boot or compression method that is not supported by Rufus...

I downloaded a DVD zip file and used 7-zip to extract.

I appreciate any help. Thanks

ok, maybe a different tool would serve you better. Rufus is only one of many.
