Title: Dynamic DNS settings replicating to backup

After upgrade to 24.1 my settings for Dynamic DNS is replacating from master to slave, even though I have unchecked that ddclient settings should be migrated in settings for high availability.

Seems to be fixed by 24.1.1

There appears to have been an issue with CARP that resulted in settings getting synchronized that were unchecked. I had a related issue: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=38647.0
