I have an Untangle u25 that I'm no longer using. Can I install OPNSense on it? If so, do I need to do anything to the box prior to installing OPNSense? Thanks
the datasheet says the u25 runs on an intel atom, so theoretically yes. if it has a console port or video out you could almost certainly boot from an opnsense liveusb and install it that way.
Thanks. My problem is that I bought the unit with Untangle already installed and in looking at the installation options, they are above my head. I'm pretty versed in configuring Untangle and think I'll be able to adapt to OPNSense relatively quickly but the different installation options are confusing to me..
