Hello, I have a problem with the installation of OPNSense 24.1. I am unable to activate the Ethernet port BCM57416 NetXtreme-E Dual-Media 10G RDMA Ethernet Controller. He doesn't recognize them, does anyone have a solution?
I try with this topic but don't understand .

Please help me.
System - Settings - Tunables
Add a new tunable:
Tunable: if_bnxt_load
Value:YES
Then reboot the machine.
I'd take this to the freebsd-net mailinglist in this case. Include the output of ˋpciconf -lvˋ in your mail.
Can help me to output this pciconf-lv ? Thanks
I have made this but don't work.

You need to login to your OPNsense via SSH to get a shell session with the root user. Then type the command
pciconf -lv
and hit the ENTER key. Then copy and paste the output into the email you write to freebsd-net@freebsd.org - better subscribe to that mailing list, first, so you get all possible answers. Also of course explain your problem.
Information about how to subscribe can be found here:

I hope you copied and pasted the text output of that command? The mailing list does not forward attachments.
Login via SSH, copy and paste text.
It's ok now ?

I have not yet seen an email to freebsd-net@freebsd.org with that topic?
yes, I receive a lot of emails but I can't tell if it addresses my problem
In my last reply to you I asked for more - necessary - information. Twice already.
Problem solved thanks a lot
Problem solved
How so?
I managed to connect with the GUI and create the Tunable.
if_bnxt_load=YES
In one of your very first postings about the problem you claimed you already did that and the card was still not recognised afterwards. That's why I took you to the mailing list and all this ... ::)
Seriously?
It's because I managed to connect to the GUI thanks to a friend who lent me a USB to Ethernet adapter. Because I couldn't do otherwise.
I am a novice excuse
Good morning,
I just changed my internet provider and I have a 2.4Gb/s port
I have a category 8 ethernet cable but I always get 1Gbs instead of 2.4GB/s in WAN interface
Do you know what the problem could be?
The tunnable has been added.
Can you help me
