I thought the base will upgrade to FreeBSD 14.x, but it seems not be necessary.

guessing first RC Could be Friday.    or Saturday it was the 20th for 23.7

KEA DHCPv4 server as alternative for isc-dhcp[4] *
I am hoping we can still reserve IP addresses for interfaces
and that alias's continue to work
