Hi guys,
I have recently had the task of taking our old Watchguard 525 firewall and installing OPNsense onto it.
I have the LAN working fine but im having some problems with the WAN side of things.
We have a Virgin Media (UK) business router which has a different subnet and a static ip assigned.
From my laptop and the firewall i can ping the LAN and the WAN interface and the router interface, however i cant get out to the internet.
I have no gateway set on the LAN and the gateway for the WAN is the static ip set on the router.
WAN interface ip -192.168.0.10/24
Router LAN ip - 192.168.0.1/24
WAN interface gateway - External static ip on router
Any help or things i have missed will be appreciated

Do you allow private networks on your OPNsense WAN interface?
Does the VMB router have a static route for the internal LAN, or are you using outbound NAT?
Bart...
Private networks are allowed and all NAT settings are automatic
This has now been resolved, i had to enable port forwarding on the Virgin Media router
