Had a power outage and unfortunately the UPS ran out of power before I could cleanly shut down opnsense. Power came back which means my IP changed but I couldn't connect via VPN despite configuring ddclient. When I finally got home I noticed that Namecheap is missing from the list of available providers and it was definitely there when I configured ddclient the first time. Anyone else seeing this? I'm running 23.10 Business.

Wrong backend setting? I guess you need "ddclient" for namecheap.

Yes, this is due to the native backend setting configured on the General Settings Tab.
After changing this to ddclient, I still have issues with configuring it to work correctly with Namecheap.
I suspect this is the format that need to be used in the ddclient.conf file:

Why not check against the ddclient.conf on your disk then? I don't really expect it to diverge.
