Title: VLAN VPN Question

Hello everyone, I have a question relating to VLANS and VPNs. I want to run a Minecraft server that I plan to have on a VLAN, is is possible to create a OpenVPN/Wireguard VPN server to allow external clients into the VLAN specifically?
