I connect to home with OpenVPN to access my docker sites. They're all on the same server. I can access everything but Deluge

For example I can connect to 192.168.1.10:7878, 192.168.1.10:8989, etc. just fine when I'm not home.

But for whatever reason, I can't connect to Deluge 192.168.1.10:8112.

Anyone have any ideas? I don't know of any rule that would block just that specific port.

Everything works fine when I'm physically at home. It's just remotely when connected to VPN I have this issue
