Can you be more specific?

I can remove entries from tables without issue. But depending on the table source they will be added back by the system when sync time approaches.

Sometimes restrictive privileges can play a role, but that would be easily identifiable in the network activity of your browser console (API access errors upon clicking the trash can icon) and require more information about your user's configuration.

thx franco. of course i can.

I changed the name of the alias under Firewall: Aliases. Of course, this is still displayed with the new name in the diagnostics and in the firewall rules. But the old alias name still shows up in Diagnostics: Aliases. and doesn't go away.

Screenshots attached

Am I making a mistake?

Not from the GUI. They should be gone after a reboot anyway.
