after a fresh reinstall i got this issue, login through web page, using only ip address, results in a timeout.
If i add a url after the ip the login page open immediately.
i.e.
192.168.0.1 fails
192.168.0.1/index.php works
192.168.0.1/azcxxz also works!
any idea?
