Dear all, I have block log like something below

rule 0.0.0.0:68 255.255.255.255:67 udp Block bogon IPv4 networks from Intel_Igb1_LAN

Should i need to worry? What does this rule doing?

Why it will trigger this kind of packet into my firewall? What circumstances trigger it?
