I am new to OPNsense and stumbling over an old issue:
( as in https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=9775.msg44631#msg44631 )

Whats the difference between URL / URL Table?

Still nothing to "URL (IPs)" in the docs.
Can I find anywhere an explanation ?

The documentation is a good place to start https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/aliases.html#alias-types :

URL (IPs)

A table of IP addresses that are fetched once

URL Tables (IPs)

A table of IP addresses that are fetched on regular intervals.

Format should be a simple text file with one IP-Address or an IP-Network per line I assume?
