Title: 22.1.4_1 Serial Console

Cannot seem to get serial console working after updating to 22.1.4_1.  Breaks even on default configuration after installing this update.

Behavior is the same with DEC3860 and DEC750 hardware.

Fixed via the instructions in the above article, but basically this needs to be changed in the BIOS:

AMD CBS->FCH-UART ->Uart 0 Legacy Options: Disabled
