i do this steps in this topic https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/shaper_limit_per_user.html
and that work fine in rang ip 192.168.1.0/24 with 512KB limit
in the rule page like this

now
i want give ip 192.168.1.10 1mb limit
i put that ip in another rule but not working

how can i do that
