Why does opnsense wireguard not support RTSP video protocol？
Why do you come to the conclusion it's wireguard itself?
My wireguard with openwrt is normal
Then it can be everything, wrong setup, missing firewall rule, routing.
Except for RTSP video, everything else is fine, I'm sure the Settings are correct!
Can you run a packet capture on LAN and WG interface to see if packets are leaving? Screenshots of config? Firewall rules? NAT? Plenty of stuff missing here for others to help
