Recently purchased a protectli appliance 6 port model and loaded 21.7.6 on for the initial build. Very simple build with just default settings and wan and lab interfaces set, tested and working fine with no issues. Today upgraded to 21.7.7 and added sensei package. I noticed that now when I go to the firmware > status page it sits loading with no details showing, same for any of the tabs (updates, plug-ins, packages). I also have a test vm running on a separate esxi server with exact same build and upgrade process and no issues at all with that one. Wondering if anyone has any ideas or run into a similar issue? Appreciate any help. Currently unable to see packages, plug-ins or the status even if I reboot, clear browser cache etc. Thanks
Try to remove Sensei and fetch updates again?
It has taken me a while to reply to this. having young kids does that. Just wanted to say thanks for the reply. Only just got round to trying your suggestion. This resolved the problem the moment I uninstalled sensei completely and rebooting. Unsure why it was doing this but it seems to work fine again with the package uninstalled.
