Hi community,

I just noticed that the current OPNsense release appears to be based on FreeBSD 12.1 which is no longer supported.

There were a couple of CVEs affecting FreeBSD published in 2021.

I trust that OPNsense is not affected by these vulnerabilities. Is the OPNsense team backporting patches to 12.1? Just wondering...

But we also do record all relevant FreeBSD security advisories in the release notes so I'm not sure what your point of reference is.
