I'm a opnsense newbie. I have a web connection with some public ip and two firewall, an old sonicwall that I use for some VPN and a opnsense box for all other. If i use the sonicwall as gateway, i have no problem.
If I use the opnsense box I cannot open for example https://www.inipec.gov.it/
Where I have to look?

too little info to try to help. what is the error in the browser? Is there any blocking (blocklists etc.) on the opnsense? Is the connection via Interfaces: Diagnostics: Port Probe page successful?

There is no error in browser, simply wait for connection since timeout.
I have any blocklist and I test on port 443 from probe page and all seems ok
Now I have another strange thing, I try to partecipate to a cisco webex conference and I can reach the website, but the webex application cannot join the meeting.
Switching on other gateway everythings works perfectly
sorry, very difficult to guess. it's worth looking at the firewall rules and logs, checking routes, etc. too little info (
I have reinstalled all and now it works perfectly
