Hello group, I need to statically assign IP addresses to clients in OpenVPN, how to configure CIDR and assign IP addresses. When configuring 10.70.0.0/30 I assign 4 IP addresses, is this correct? Shouldn't it be 10.70.0.0/31 (1 IP for the server and 1 IP for the client?

Yes, it's correct. You are assigning networks, consisting of 1 network address, 2 routed IP and 1 broadcast address.
