Title: HA Proxy Error: Received something which does not look like a PROXY protocol hea
Post by: cyberndj on August 15, 2021, 08:53:16 AM
Howdy,

I followed TheHellSite's guide to setting up HAP with LetsEncrypt. When I try to connect, I'm getting some errors and can't find any solutions in google or elsewhere. I'm not sure what to change, but I did see the following error with every connection log. The service doesn't connect through. Can you give some suggestions on what to look at? I also attached my config too.

2-HTTPS-Frontend/192.168.11.1:443: Received something which does not look like a PROXY protocol header

Thanks!

go into the haproxy services and test your syntax... I think it has to do with cipher suites.
