I've installed netdata and it gives a Listen Address of 127.0.0.1, shouldn't this be the address given to OPNsense by the Router for example 192.168.0.33? Because I can't reach netdata on my network as http://opnsense.domain.net:19999 does not work.

The listen address is whatever you require. Since "192.168.0.33" can't be hardcoded "127.0.0.1" is hardcoded instead. You have two choices:

1. Change the listen address.
2. Use a port forward rule to reach the service.
