Title: Upgrade to new stable 21.7 doesn´t affect

Hi,

in update it shows, that I can upgrade to 21.7 stable.
When I start it from GUI all downloads works and OPNSense reboot after a while.
But then, old version ist on 21.1.

Over ssh and menu 12 update same issue.
What can I do?
