Title: After upgrade to 21.1.7_1, Updates tab spins no output

I just updated to 21.1.7_1 but now, when I try to check for updates or install a plug-in, the System:Firmware Updates tab just displays a spinning circle and displays no output.. What can I do to fix this?

I am experiencing the same behavior. After upgrade from 21.1.5 straight to 21.1.7_1, when I click on "Check for updates" from the Dashboard, it takes me to the "Updates" tab and just spins.

i have just restored to 21.1.6. There are too many things which is still open/buggy. 21.1.7 and _1 are definitely not stable.
