Title: Update to 21.1.7 fails with pkg size mismatch

While trying to update to 21.1.7 it stops with pkg-1.16.3: size mismatch error.

From the shell I did already without sucess:
pkg clean
pkg update -f

Can someone help and give me some advice?

Fetching pkg-1.16.3.txz: .......... done
pkg-static: cached package pkg-1.16.3: size mismatch, cannot continue
Consider running 'pkg update -f'

Which mirror? Cloudflare again?

Yes, it is Cloudflare (pls see also attached screenshot)
